Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@musabela.com or use our return and exchange portal.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, We will not be able to cancel it after 60 minutes as your order will be processed.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Items purchased on sale.

 

Defective or Manufacturing Issues

If your product arrives deteriorated or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly send you a replacement pair at no additional cost.

 

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item(s) for a different style, color or size, you can reach out to our support team at support@musabela.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Size Doesn't Fit or You don't Like the Color 
You may return or exchange items if they don’t fit or you don't like the color, but please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Changed Your Mind (No Longer Want the Item)

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you can return or exchange it. However, return shipping fees are your responsibility. 

 

Received Wrong Item(s)
Please reach out to us at support@musabela.com immediately and We will arrange a free replacement order for you.

 

Missing Item from Your Package

If any item is missing from your order, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

 

Wrong Shipping Informations Provided
Please double-check your shipping details when placing your order. If you need to update your shipping information, contact us immediately before the package ships. Once the package is in transit, we cannot modify the address. If the package is delivered to the address you provided and it’s incorrect, we are not liable for refunds or replacement orders.

 

Timely Return Requirement

If a return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days. Failure to return the item(s) within this timeframe will result in the return request being voided.

 

Correct Return Address Requirement

Items must be returned to the exact address provided in the return instructions. If the item(s) are sent to an address other than the one specified, we will be unable to process the refund, and the return request will be voided.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
