What items are returnable?
- As part of your Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns of items within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with tags and in the same condition as received.
- Orders in transit cannot be canceled or modified.
- If 30 days have passed since delivery, refunds or exchanges are not offered.
Common Return Reasons and Solutions
Product Defects or Quality Issues
If the product has manufacturing defects or quality issues, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.
Wrong or Missing Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your package, you may return it, and we will cover the return shipping fee or send a replacement pair free of charge.
Damaged Package Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.
Late Delivery Compensation
If your order arrives later than 20 days from the promised delivery time, you are eligible for a $7 refund as compensation.
Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an error is found, contact us immediately for possible corrections.
Doesn't Fit (Wrong Size or Color Ordered)
If the item doesn’t fit or is the wrong color, you may return or exchange it, but return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Changed Mind (No Longer Want the Item)
If you decide the item is no longer needed, you may return or exchange it, but return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Timely Return Requirement
If a return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days. Failure to return the item(s) within this timeframe will result in the return request being voided.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Musabela is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery details for the customer to investigate. If you have our shipping insurance enabled, we’ll send you a replacement pair free of charge.

How to Return Your Order
If you need to return all or part of your order, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Email us at support@musabela.com or use our return and exchange portal within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval & Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm if your return is accepted and provide you with the correct return address. (Please Note: Return will be canceled after 14 days from the time accepted if no response.)
Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and items that came with it.
Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided and share the tracking number with our customer service team.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 days using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that meet the following criteria cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Original Shipping charges are not refundable
Products Damaged/Incorrect on Arrival
If your product was damaged or received incorrect upon arrival, please:
- Take clear photos of item on a flat surface where the defect and label are visible.
- Email the photos and a description of the issue to support@musabela.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will send a replacement product free of charge. If a second defect occurs, we will issue a full refund.
Chargebacks/Disputes
- Our team of agents is available to assist and resolve any issues. We have designed our policies to be fair and believe they are among the best in the industry. We emphasize immediate responsiveness and a commitment to providing the best resolution.
- Customers are encouraged to contact at support@musabela.com for any product-related issues before filing chargebacks, as we are confident that issues can be resolved collaboratively.
- Given this, filing a chargeback without reaching out to us first may be considered fraudulent and could result in legal action. If you have not received a product or have any issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us and we will help you resolve your issue.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 60 minutes as your order will be processed.
Correct Return Address Requirement
- Items must be returned to the exact address provided in the return instructions.
- If the item(s) are sent to an address other than the one specified, we will be unable to process the refund, and the return request will be voided.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
