1. Ensure the shoes are unworn and undamaged, including the original shoe box.

2. Click the button below, enter your order number and email address.

3. Choose the item for return, and request an exchange.

4. Print the return label and send back the shoes.

5. Upon receipt, allow 7-10 business days for processing, and we'll dispatch your new pair.


Note: Requesting an exchange doesn't guarantee product reservation. If unavailable during processing, we'll inform you.

4. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address and mail back the shoes.

5. Upon receipt, allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund back to your original payment method.


Note: Returns are processed through our overseas warehouse. Mailing back the shoes to an address different than the one provided in the return confirmation email will void  your right to receive a refund.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly welcome returns within 30 days of delivery! For a return or exchange, your Musabelas should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Kindly note that accessories and gift cards are final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED PROCESSING TIME FOR MY EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

As we prioritize safety in our shipping facilities and with our partners, please be aware that the processing time for your returns or exchanges might take a bit longer than usual (10-14 business days). We thank you for your understanding and patience!

THE PORTAL WON'T ACCEPT MY ORDER NUMBER

Make sure you are submitting the correct order number(eg. #12345) and the correct email address you used to place the order. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email. If you can't find your order number or don't remember which email address you used to place your order, please reach out to our support team at support@musabela.com
